Kent LeGrand Iridescent Perfume Bottle 1987

$160.00

One of Western Australia’s most collectable glass artists, Kent Le Grand is known for his nature-inspired colour and form. Despite losing an arm in a motorcycle accident, Le Grand continued his glassmaking career with remarkable resilience. His work has been exhibited widely and is highly recognised.

Le Grand uses a variety of techniques including blowing, fusing, cold working and colour application for his stunning creations.

This deep, iridescent blue-green perfume bottle demonstrates Le Grand’s connection to the ocean and nature, with stunning ocean colours and almost frond-like patterns across the top half of glossy surface. The bottom half features horizontal layers with hints of gold-green. The pale blue transparent stopper features a delicate golden yellow encasement, continuing the organic theme.

The perfume bottle is in excellent vintage condition. Please note dimensions carefully as it is often difficult to represent sizes accurately in the photographs.
